Scope of duties and responsibilities of the
1. Supervise the operations of the company as a whole. following the objectives of the Company’s operations and as assigned by the Board of Directors
2. Formulate strategies and business plans for proposing to the Board of Directors and work to achieve the goals according to the strategies and business plans approved by the Board of Directors.
3. Seeking new investment business opportunities related to the main business of the Company and its subsidiaries to increase revenue for the company proposed to the Board for consideration.
4. Manage the company according to the policies and goals and operational plans financial goals and company budget including a business plan approved by the Board of Directors and/or resolutions of the shareholders’ meeting.
5. Able to delegate powers or assign other people to perform specific tasks on their behalf within the scope of the approval authority or regulations or orders that the Board of Directors has set.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee, and/or Board of Directors.
7. Consider entering into contracts related to the company’s business, and various contracts which is beneficial to the company’s business, including determining the procedures and methods for the preparation of such contracts proposed to the Executive Committee and/or Board of Directors.
8. Has the power to issue, amend, add, improve, rules, orders, and regulations relating to the work of the company such as recruiting, appointing, dismissing, and disciplining employees and employees.
